We use the name, phone number, delivery address, location and notes you provide to process your order, arrange delivery and provide customer support. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in order notes.
Service providers and support
Information needed to fulfil your order may be shared with delivery and service providers. Opening the customer-support chat takes you to an external messaging service, which applies its own privacy terms.
Cookies and optional analytics
Browser storage supports your cart, order reference and privacy preferences. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel receive page and product interactions and order totals or identifiers. Our tracking code does not send your name, phone, address or order notes as event parameters. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences. Shopping remains available if you decline.
